Simpleway provides a unified passenger information solution for Dubai World Central Airport, the 2nd Dubai airport, dedicated for low-cost flights. The system delivers content at gates in 8 languages, as well as terminal-wide automated and manual announcements.
The project includes an Automated Voice Announcement System for gate boarding lounges to increase the efficiency of the boarding process and provide passenger flow support. Our Gate User Interface client is installed at each of the 24 gates, providing the operators the option to choose the airline and have a customised pre-recorded announcements for each stage of the boarding process resulting in increased availability of gate agents to assist passengers.
As a data input, the Simpleway system reads multiple data feeds from the Airport Operational Database (AODB) and combines the data for correct flight allocation to gates, as well as reading the statuses of concerned flights.
In conclusion, our Call-To-Gate solution helps to keep passengers in the shopping area for as long as possible and also gives ease of travel among international passengers improving their overall travel experience.
