THE HIDDEN COST OF HAVING FOUR SEPARATE VENDORS
Your Team Coordinates Everything Manually.
4 Vendors
4 Contracts
4 Credentials
Limited Integration
Disconnected systems create operational chaos, compliance gaps, and budget drain.
Operational Chaos
Gate agent announces boarding while display shows "Delayed." Passengers get confused, staff get overwhelmed handling the same questions repeatedly.
Compliance Gaps
Audio-only announcements leave hearing-impaired passengers missing critical updates, creating ADA compliance risks and potential DOT penalties.
Vendor Management
System breaks, four vendors blame each other, and your team wastes hours coordinating instead of fixing passenger problems.
THE SOLUTION: UNIFIED COMMUNICATION
One Platform. Display and Voice Synchronized.
Airport CX connects PA system, FIDS, and AODB into one coordinated network, ensuring consistent messaging across every passenger touchpoint.

BUILT FOR LEAN AIRPORT TEAMS
Most US airports are doing more with less. TSA staffing shortages. Airline consolidation reducing airline staff presence. Post-pandemic operational constraints. Seasonal hiring creating constant training cycles at tourist destination airports.
Airport CX is designed for this reality.

Emergency Scenarios
Airport CX provides tools designed to support compliance with federal accessibility standards. Ultimate compliance responsibility remains with the airport, but our platform is built with these Federal accessibility standards including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VI Nondiscrimination Compliance Program in mind.
SECURITY: CLOUD OR ON-PREMISE
Deploy with Confidence: Cloud or On-Premise.
US airports need security they can trust. Airport CX offers two deployment options so you can choose what matches your IT capabilities and security requirements.
Cloud Deployment (Azure US)
On-Premise Deployment
Common Path: Many airports start with cloud deployment for speed, then migrate on-premise later if requirements change.

Frequently Asked Question
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Airport CX unifies voice announcements with flight data and visual displays into one platform. When flight status changes, announcements trigger automatically in configured languages and zones - no manual coordination between separate systems. Operators control everything from a single system: automated TTS announcements, live paging, scheduled broadcasts, and synchronized visual paging on FIDS screens. Currently deployed at 40+ airports serving 200M+ passengers annually.
Airport CX uses Azure AI speech technology with near-human voice quality. Our team pre-configures pronunciation for your airport codes, airline names, and destinations during setup - you don't need to learn phonetics or adjust settings yourself. We handle intonation, speech rate, and emphasis based on your airport's requirements. Many airports have replaced their pre-recorded libraries entirely with our dynamic TTS that updates automatically when flight data changes.
Airport CX uses zone-based targeting - Gate A12 announcements play only at Gate A12, not terminal-wide. We can setup language limits by flight destination, maximum repetitions per message, and time-based rules. Visual paging displays announcement text on FIDS screens simultaneously, ensuring hearing-impaired passengers and those in noisy areas still receive the information. Reduces noise pollution while maintaining communication effectiveness.
Airport CX is hardware-neutral. It integrates with major PA system providers such as Q-SYS, Bosch Praesence, and Ateïs. Through our ionode4 audio integration device, we can integrate your current legacy PA infrastructure and upgrade it for the new century. Your existing amplifiers, speakers, and cabling continue working - we add intelligent automation and unified control on top. Optional nnounce hardware (micnode2 stations, ampnode4 amplifiers) is available but not required and comes with a Q-SYS plugin for installations that need it.
Both. Airport CX offers multiple broadcasting methods: live paging through your microphones or our micnode2 touchscreen stations for immediate announcements, call recording for scheduled playback, and fully automated TTS triggered by flight events. Role-based interfaces show operators only their relevant flights. Most airports use automation for routine announcements - boarding calls, gate changes, operational updates - while keeping live paging available for passenger requests and unexpected situations.
The Airport CX announcement generator creates TTS announcements in minutes. Write text, adjust pronunciation and delivery using the speech editor, preview immediately, and deploy. Dynamic variables pull real-time flight data (gate, destination, airline, time) so one template serves all flights. Our voice team pre-configures your airline partners and airport codes during onboarding, so you're operational from day one.
Deployment scope determines timeline and size of your airport - test environments ready in weeks, single terminal rollouts typically 1-2 months. Airport CX connects to your existing PA infrastructure and AODB feed. Many airports start with announcement system alone and add FIDS later as contracts allow. Cloud deployment gets you running fastest; on-premise is available for data sovereignty requirements.
