Introduction
Simpleway is a leading manufacturer of Public Address hardware and Content Management System software, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to both the private and public sectors. Our operations are driven by core values of integrity, responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This Code of Conduct sets the ethical and operational framework that governs our business and applies to all Simpleway’s employees, suppliers, subcontractors, cooperators, and partners (collectively referred to as “the Partner”). It represents our commitment to act responsibly and sustainably in all aspects of our business.
Legal Compliance
All Simpleway Partners must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international sanctions relevant to their operations. This Code of Conduct establishes minimum standards and does not replace any legal obligations.
Application and Monitoring
Partners are required to conform to this Code of Conduct throughout the supply chain. Simpleway actively monitors compliance and may request self-assessment questionnaires or additional information. Site inspections may be conducted to verify adherence.
If non-compliance is identified, immediate corrective action must be taken, and we must be notified of the issue and the remediation plan. Failure to comply may result in contract termination.
Ethical Conduct
Avoidance of Conflict of Interest
Partners shall avoid conflicts of interest or the appearance thereof in all dealings with Simpleway. Any potential conflict must be disclosed immediately.
Anti-Corruption
Simpleway has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. Partners must not engage in or tolerate bribery, facilitation payments, money laundering, or other unethical business practices. Written anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies must be in place within the Partner’s organization.

Partners must comply with all applicable competition laws and engage in fair competitive practices.
Human Rights and Labor Practices
Respect for Human Rights
Partners shall uphold the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and implement due diligence processes to prevent human rights violations.
Prohibition of Child and Forced Labor
No child labor or forced labor is permitted. Employment must comply with all laws regarding minimum working age, working hours, and conditions protecting young workers from harmful tasks.
Wages and Working Hours
Fair wages shall be paid in accordance with local laws and collective agreements. Written employment contracts in the employee’s own language are required, along with compliance with working hours legislation.
Equality and Non-Discrimination
Partners must treat all employees with respect and fairness without discrimination based on gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics. Harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate treatment is strictly prohibited.
Freedom of Association
Employees’ legal rights to associate freely, form unions, and participate in collective bargaining must be respected.
Occupational Health, Safety, and Industrial Safety
Partners must provide a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Adequate training, safety equipment, and emergency procedures must be in place.
Substance abuse is not tolerated in the workplace, and testing may be conducted legally where applicable.
Work-related accidents must be promptly reported with transparent investigation and corrective actions.
Environmental Responsibility
Partners must comply with all environmental laws and regulations. Simpleway encourages continuous improvement and proactive management of environmental impact, including implementing environmental management systems such as ISO 14001.
Take-back of Waste Electrical Equipment
We are committed to being environmentally friendly, so we provide you with easy and free ways to dispose of your end-of-life electrical equipment/batteries.
The consumer plays a crucial role in the system of disposal of electrical appliances and portable batteries. It is the consumer who decides what to do with the old appliance/battery. Old and unwanted electrical appliances and batteries do not belong in unsorted municipal waste, but should be handed over to collection points, so-called take-back points, from which they are sent for reuse or recycling.
The consumer must be informed by the symbols below that the electrical equipment/batteries concerned do not belong in municipal waste. All new electrical equipment/batteries are so marked. The symbol may be indicated directly on the equipment, on its packaging or in the instructions for use or warranty card.

How to get rid of old appliances/batteries?
- individuals can use the service: BUĎ LÍNÝ or Rebalík
- legal entities can use: Svoz pro registrované partnery
- through the publicly available collection network REMA Systém, a.s., which is designed for the take-back of electrical equipment
- through the publicly available collection network REMA Battery, s.r.o., which is designed for the take-back of batteries
- through a publicly accessible collection network that is designated for take-back on the website of the Ministry of the Environment (ISOH 2)
- if necessary, you can get advice on the toll-free line Chytré recyklace (800 976 679)
Why recycle?
Not only electrical equipment, but also batteries contain many recyclable metals such as zinc, iron, manganese, nickel, cadmium and lead. Some of these substances are also very dangerous for the environment and human health, especially mercury, lead and cadmium. Selected batteries are often marked with the symbol of the chemical element they contain (Pb, Cd, Hg).
By taking batteries and electrical equipment to a take-back point, we save primary raw material resources, especially by recycling the material, and at the same time protect our environment from possible improper disposal.
Unused batteries that are not handed over for recycling through take-back points, but are stored, for example, in office drawers or elsewhere in households or companies, can cause fires. Lithium batteries in particular have this property. With regard to safety, it is therefore very important to recycle used batteries as soon as possible.
Our Expectations of Employees and Partners
Simpleway requires all its employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to comply with this Code of Conduct.
Partners shall actively communicate and ensure compliance with this Code throughout their supply chains.
Simpleway promotes responsible business practices that align with our values and legal obligations.
Non-compliance with this Code may lead to investigations, corrective actions, or termination of relationships.
This Code of Conduct reflects our commitment to integrity, respect for people, responsible environmental stewardship, and ethical business practices in every aspect of our Public Address hardware and Content Management System operations.
