Four Capabilities Behind Every Announcement

Airport CX makes announcements two ways, automatically from live flight data and live at the microphone, then translates and archives them.

With Text-to-Speech, Airport CX turns live flight data into boarding calls, gate changes, and delays, spoken aloud in every language you cover.

Let Flight Data Do The Talking

Airport CX turns live flight data into spoken boarding calls, gate changes, and delays. Text-to-Speech reads every one aloud in each language you cover. When a flight changes, the announcement changes with it, and airline names come out right.

Put Live Calls On Screen

An agent makes a live announcement at the microphone. Speech-to-Text transcribes the call as they speak and turns it into visual paging on your displays. Passengers who cannot hear the audio read exactly what was said, word for word.

Translate Every Announcement Live

Passengers in your terminal arrive speaking dozens of languages. Live Translations converts the transcript of any call into the ones an agent selects, as it happens. Airport CX shows the text on your displays, reads it aloud, or both.

Live Translations
Paging archive: The full archive is searchable by name, flight, gate, or zone, so any call can be found and reviewed in seconds.

Find Any Call In Seconds

Nothing about an announcement is lost once it stops playing. Paging Archive keeps the audio, transcript, translation, and playout together as one time-stamped record. Search by name, flight, gate, or zone to pull up any call.

“The text-to-speech implementation has been a game changer for us. Before, we were chasing down different paging processes as well as video processes and trying to get them to align. With our text to speech via Airport CX, we see multilingual and ADA capabilities. It is just out of the box. It is fantastic.”

Show the Announcement as Well as Play It

Every automated announcement renders to the displays as text. Live mic pages are transcribed by speech-to-text and render too, so the visual channel is never a subset of the audio channel.

When a Safety Message Goes Out

The displays stop being a flight list and become the message. A single unified channel keeps the safety announcement visible on every display, in every language the airport chooses, and captured in the timestamped record.

Emergency scenarios repeat automatically at set intervals across selected PA zones.

Regular announcements pause during critical alerts to minimize distractions.

Messages reach latecomers and passengers in transit through repetition.

Scenario of a missing person alert through visual and audio communication in airport environment.

Built for These Regulations

Built for airports operating under these regulations. The airport is the compliant party. Airport CX supplies the visual channel and the record.

ADA - Americans with Disabilities Act

Title VI - Civil Rights Act, language access

Accessible Canada Act - Federal accessibility, Canada

ATPDR - Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations

Paging Archive: Was The Call Actually Made?

A passenger misses a flight and insists they were never called. Without a record it is one account against another, and the airport carries it. Airport CX stamps every announcement with the time it played. Live mic pages are transcribed by speech-to-text and sit in the same log as the automated and pre-recorded ones. Staff look up the name and see the exact wording and the exact second it went out.
