The micnode2 has an 8-inch touchscreen running Education CX applications directly on the device. From that single interface, staff can manage announcements, control display content, and handle whatever functions are configured for that station. The micnode mini is a compact push-to-talk device with three to six programmable zone buttons and an OLED display. It is designed for fast, direct live paging to specific zones without any menu navigation. Staff press the button for the zone they need and go.
Yes. All nnounce devices are compatible with Q-SYS through approved plugins in the Q-SYS Library, and work with Bosch PRAESENSA systems. Facilities that already run either of those platforms can bring nnounce hardware into their existing setup.
Because nnounce devices are built alongside the Healthcare CX software rather than adapted to work with it, the hardware and platform behave as one system. Zone configurations, nurse call responses, emergency broadcasts, and display updates all work exactly as the system expects. There is no single point of failure, redundant systems keep communication running even if a component goes down, and the architecture does not require an expensive central core to operate. That combination is difficult to replicate when mixing hardware from multiple vendors.
Every facility is different, and the right configuration depends on your building layout, zone requirements, existing infrastructure, and how your clinical teams operate. The best starting point is a direct conversation with our team. Contact us and we will work through your specific requirements together.
