Active Monitoring is an automated, 24/7 service that provides information to Simpleway’s support team, allowing deep analysis and the chance to spot any issues on the horizon. The service includes a full-system health check using industry standard different tools, including server metrics, number and status of connected clients, and audio and display hardware real-time diagnostics. From this we can provide you with full reporting. An overview of gathered information is also available natively in the administrator’s user interface in the form of dashboards and logs.
